‘Chasing Life’ season 2, episode 12 preview: April’s blast from the past

We are getting close to the end of “Chasing Life” season 2, and by the time we get to the finale, we’re going to see our leading lady of April Carver at a crossroads. Much like most of the season, she has to figure out what the next move in her life is going to be. Getting to that episode, though, may still provide some other challenges for Italia Ricci’s character.

One major thing that you are going to see in this episode is the arrival of Ellie Pratt to the world of the show, someone who is going to have a very tense dynamic with April. We’re not entirely sure where this story is going just yet, but it will be unveiled over the course of the hour. The synopsis below offers up some further insight into what is going to be coming up:

“Ellie Pratt and April have a long-standing history of rivalry, despite being friends in college. Ready to put this behind her, April is delighted to spend time with Ellie during her visit to Boston – that is, until she discovers why Ellie is there to begin with.    

“Meanwhile, Beth is faced with troubling news that threatens her career and relationship.”

By the time we make it to the end of the hour, let’s just hope that the foundation is set for what the finale will be, and also if there is something to be happy about once more. Understandably, things have just not been that way ever since we lost Leo.
