‘Bachelor in Paradise 2’ spoilers: The morning after for Ashley Iaconetti, Jared Haibon

Just in case you were wondering what the producers of “Bachelor in Paradise” are really putting much of their stock into at the moment, it is the drama more so than the romance. How else do you explain the fact that they continue to promote Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon’s relationship like it is some sort of tremendous thing?

The latest sneak peek below (via People Magazine) is once again about the relationship, and it specifically chronicles the moment that the two parties return from their overnight date, which was really forced by Ashley demanding a fantasy-suite date from Chris Harrison. She’s reasonably happy, and he is low-key.

The other women already suspect that Ashley is still a virgin, and we’re about 99% positive that they are right. What in the world is the motivation for Ashley to give that up on this night? She has to know that Jared is doubting the relationship, and this is her claim to fame at this point. This is probably going to remain a subject of discussion for at least a little while longer.

Of course, we are starting to wonder now if producers are going to be looking to bring one of these two back again on the show next summer. Jared is beloved among many fans, and we have to think at this point that Ashley is a producer favorite based on everything that she brings to the table in terms of drama. ABC hasn’t officially renewed the show, but we have to think it’s coming.
