‘Devious Maids’ season 4 spoilers: Who will you not see appearing?
Tonight, “Devious Maids” season 3 came to a close on Lifetime, and yes, there is still the scary reality that this could be the last time that you see the show as a whole. There is no season 4 renewal, and nor is there a timetable in which you are going to see one.
For now, at least we know that Sebastian is the killer, right? We definitely hope this is not the end based on the cliffhangers for Zoila, Adrian, and others, and there is so much more to tell with this story. However, there are two characters who may actually be done with the show now: Taylor and Katy, who managed to escape Beverly Hills using some fake names. This is something that executive producer Sabrina Wind touched on in a new post-mortem with TVLine of the big episode:
“We should not expect to see them, which is not to say that we’ll never see Taylor again, but we really thought of that as a beautiful way to end their story; they’re happy and safe from the cartel. And here’s a bit of trivia: Taylor’s fake name, Abby, is what the character in that storyline was originally named before one of the writers came up with the idea to bring Taylor back.”
Obviously, all parties still involved with the show want there to be more, and Wind is keeping many secrets (including what happens next for Zoila) a secret for now. Just know that if and when the show returns to Lifetime, some tough decisions will have to be maid for the future!
