‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 3 spoilers: First details on finale (including title change)
We have already reported that the “Beauty and the Beast” season 3 finale was being delayed, and we now have confirmation as to when it is going to air: September 10. Why a week later? We still think it is thanks to The CW being extremely shy when it comes to putting something on right before Labor Day Weekend.
Now, we know some other news on this episode to go along with it. First things first, there is a title change! The original name here was “Till Death Do Us Part,” which certainly suggested that there could be a wedding. Now, the name of the hour is just “Destined.” We don’t necessarily think that this marks some sort of change in the episode’s content, but it does indicate that the show if nothing else is trying to play it a little coy.
If you want to get some more scoop in terms of what to expect, our suggestion is to take a look at the attached synopsis:
“Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) will be forced to work together as a couple in ways they never have before if they hope to defeat their destined foe in Liam (guest star Jason Gedrick), who will do everything he can to expose Vincent as a beast in order to destroy their love.”
By the time we make it to the end of this story, it’s possible that we see a wedding … but there are a wide array of other stories that could also take place. Since this show was likely through filming before a season 4 was ordered, we imagine that there will be at least some closure.
