‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6, episode 10 preview: First look at ‘Sister Sister’
There are still several episodes of “Rizzoli & Isles” season 6 to go this summer, and on next week’s new episode “Sister Sister,” we are potentially going to see a great one … though odds are that this is not a reference to a classic sitcom.
Instead, the basic premise for this installment will revolve around an odd case, one where it looks like a prized show dog is going to be accused of being a killer. Just the basis of this story alone reminds us extensively of an episode of “Monk” involving a panic room, where there was at one point a chimpanzee who was accused of firing off a gun.
The synopsis below does detail at least one other potential story, with it placing Maura front and center:
“When a dog trainer is found dead at home, her champion Rottweiler is the prime suspect. As the team investigates this unlikely killer, Maura has a peculiar interaction with Kent.”
We have to say that after reading the synopsis, we were hoping that the promo for the episode would be a little bit more fun. After all, we really do not want this dog to be a killer, and having it come across as dangerous makes us a little bit worried. However, the thing to remember here is that there is always so much more than meets the eye with this show, and it is probably the case here, as well.
