‘Scream Queens’ spoilers: Lea Michele talks playing Hester (video)

Want to get some insight into “Scream Queens“? Now that the show is getting a little bit closer to the September 22 premiere, Fox is starting to release more and more in the way of information and sneak peeks.

Today, this means getting a chance to see a video featuring none other than Lea Michele. The former “Glee” star is going to be a regular on the new show as Hester, a new sorority sister in a neck brace who is definitely different from all of the others. Does she want to try and fit in with the rest of the KKT sorority at the center of the series, or does she have a motive that is much more sinister? This is a question that is at present definitely worth asking.

This role is a great opportunity for Lea, mostly in that she is taking on a very different sort of role than Rachel Berry. While that one was very much aspirational, we’re not sure what Hester’s motives are just yet. Also, this is a show that is all about a killer running around a university and trying to decimate a sorority one by one.

Yet, in spite of all of this, the show is still a comedy. We presume that in the midst of all the craziness and everything else we are talking about with the show, this is something that we really cannot forget.
