‘Elementary’ season 4 spoilers: First look at Jonny Lee Miller on set!
There is a reason to be optimistic already about “Elementary” season 4. For one, the show has set itself up to potentially deliver some great drama in the early going, with much of the reason being what happened at the end of season 3 with Sherlock Holmes and his sobriety. Not only that, we got a tease that his father is going to get involved, which in turn led to the news that John Noble has been cast in the series-regular role of Sherlock’s dad. This in itself is a reason to watch the show, if you are not doing so already.
So what we are getting here today is a reminder that season 4 is under way, and we are getting it in a rather gross way that still feels somewhat perfect for this show. The image below was shared on the Instagram of star Jonny Lee Miller, and it reminds us that there is always a corpse or two on this series.
Other than the arrival of Noble, many of the other elements for the upcoming season are a little up in the air still. Personally, we have two specific hopes:
1. A few more stories inspired by Sherlock lore, and maybe a case that spans a good three or four episodes within the first half of the season.
2. More Irene Adler / Moriarty, if at all possible. We know Natalie Dormer is busy.
