‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 11 preview: First news on ‘Girl Meets the New Teacher’

Tonight, “Girl Meets World” aired an episode that was in some ways simultaneously funny and sad. While it is always wonderful to get a dose of Eric Matthews on the show, we do more often than not want it to be under happier circumstances than what we had tonight. Eric was more or less played into running for Senate, mostly because he was thought of as so incompetent that it would be an easy way for the opposititon to become more likable again.

Next week, we are going to see Cory Matthews come to defense of someone a little bit different: A new teacher at his school. The synopsis below gets some other details when it comes to what to expect from this story:

“Cory defends a new teacher who comes under fire from the principal for using non-traditional ways of learning to engage students.”

This story sounds on the surface like it will be an interesting one, but much of it could end up depending on what this new teacher is like. We have faith for now, but mostly because of the fact that we’ve come to trust the faith that Cory has in other human beings.
