‘The Last Ship’ season 2, episode 4 preview: When pirates attack

Are we set to see something insane on TNT’s “The Last Ship“? We would imagine so, based on the latest preview below for Sunday night’s new episode.

If there are two words that we would use to describe this episode, they would be “Captain” and “Phillips.” Okay, we kind … sort of. It does seem like an invasion from pirates is precisely what is coming up on this episode, or at least people who are disguising themselves as such. They are the latest enemy that Chandler and company are forced to face off against, and this is somewhat different for the crew now that they are all back out on the water again.

If there is a particular hope that we have for this episode, it is that this becomes one of those sort of insane episodes where everything is tightly-packed and confined to just a few settings. In some ways to us, that makes all of the action even more terrifying.

As for whether or not the crew could suffer a few casualties, let’s just say that not everyone is necessarily guaranteed to make it out of here alive. We don’t see the show dispatching of Eric Dane anytime soon, but part of what makes this show intense is that there are never any guarantees … and whoever is boarding this ship, it does appear as though they have serious business on the mind.
