‘Fear the Walking Dead’ spoilers: Check out the new cast photo!

With “Fear the Walking Dead” premiering on AMC this August, the network is starting to put the pedal on the gas when it comes to one thing: Releasing some of the first photos of the cast. That’s what we have today, after all!

The image that we have attached here revolves around four of the main cast members for the six-episode first season: Kim Dickens as Madison, Cliff Curtis as Travis, Alycia Debnam Carey as Alicia, and Frank Dillane as Nick. These four are going to be at the forefront of the origins of the zombie apocalypse, though this image also makes us think that they could be at the forefront for some sort of skater clothing line.

We feel like the show going with a slightly smaller cast for the first season, if they choose to do that, is the right move. You don’t want to try to keep track of a whole mob of people in a very short amount of time, especially when you have so many people on the flagship show that you already have to keep track of. Also, there’s just not a whole lot of time right away to get to know everyone.

There will definitely be a whole lot of hope for expansion with this show soon enough. After all, “Fear the Walking Dead” was renewed for a second season not that long after it was announced that the first one was coming on the air this year. We’ll have more scoop on it and more soon.
