‘Empire’ season 2 spoilers: Courtney Love hopeful on return

The past year or so has certainly been kind when it comes to Courtney Love and her acting career. First, she had a part on “Sons of Anarchy,” and since that time her good fortune has been extended over to some other shows, including the likes of “Revenge” and “Empire,” where she played a music icon who was very invested in trying to get back on the charts. She was on the verge of losing the label, and there was more at stake for her at times than even she may have realized.

So is it possible that we are going to see more of love on the upcoming second season? We at least know that we want to see more of her, and Love definitely seems to be open to it! Speaking to Citizens of Humanity (with Jemima Kirke of “Girls” fame), she said that she “thinks” that she’ll be back for at least one episode.

Ultimately, we know that the odds are probably in her favor, given the fact that there are 18 episodes coming up and that in turn does mean that there is a larger window for telling such stories. Also, there feels like there is just a whole lot more story still to tell here!

There are a variety of guest stars confirmed already for season 2, with Adam Rodriguez at the top of the list as a Cookie love interest. Chris Rock is also going to be stopping by at some point, as well.
