‘The Bachelorette’ spotlight: Meet Chris Strandburg, tooth transformer

If Chris Strandburg’s personality on “The Bachelorette” is anywhere near as bright as his shirt, we could be in for quite an enthusiastic season! He’s a fairly savvy guy with a little bit of TV experience, so he may be able to go to the mansion and be at least a good personality for people at home. As a contender for either Britt Nilsson or Kaitlyn Bristowe’s heart, we’re a little more hesitant. We’ll get into more of that in the spotlight piece below.

In case that this is the first one of these articles that you are reading, know this: There are no spoilers ahead! We’re just going based on a limited amount of research on each given contestant, and also the information released on the official ABC website.

Name – Chris Strandburg

Age – 28

Location – Nashville, Tennessee

Occupation – Dentist. Hey, he’s got a name and a job that have a history of doing well with this franchise. Ashley Hebert is a dentist, Chris Soules was the last “Bachelor,” Chris Harrison’s the host, and Chris Lambton is a former runner-up. Good name karma?

First Impression – He seems pretty down to earth, and at least isn’t a huge party guy since he doesn’t love clubs. Bonus points for digging one of our favorite movies of all time in “The Social Network.”

Worst Impression – Way too interested in posting shirtless pictures of himself during the season. Something we’re never altogether interested in seeing since the show does it enough. Also, he’s already got a reality TV resume courtesy of “The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.”

Prediction – He’s gone soon. He’s good as his job, but his teeth are almost so perfect that they’re terrifying. We’d be as intimidated as hell over that.
