Can canceled ‘Constantine’ find new home on The CW? Stephen Amell, Joseph Morgan, more chime in
If nothing else, many of the DC Comic stars from The CW are certainly pledging their support. Both Stephen Amell and Brandon Routh have pledged to appear if the show is picked up, in many ways regardless of the network. We’d just like to see it happen more on the network that already has many of them. Even Joseph Morgan, a man who appears on a very different sort of CW show in “The Originals,” is on board with the idea of appearing.
Also, how cool would it be to have John Constantine and Oliver Queen hanging out? Also, this would allow potentially for some more characters from the comics to come on the show, such as Deadman or Zatanna, who feel like they would fit perfectly into this world.
One other thing to remember here is that the cancellation from NBC was one that they were on the fence about for a long time. Based on what we could tell, it had a chance until pretty close to this week; isn’t this a sign that NBC knew there was something there? Maybe another network will take notice, and decide to jump aboard to create a little bit of magic themselves.
