‘The Flash’ episode 16 preview: The woman with the golden gun

Apparently, “The Flash” this season has quite the fascination going on when it comes to guns. Captain Cold shoots ice, Heat Wave fires fire, and now, the Golden Glider has her own weapon stuffed with … gold? To be fair, we don’t even know if this is really going to be Lisa Snart’s alter ego on the show, but it seems like she is going to come equipped in this episode with what is a very dastardly version of the Midas touch.

In the preview below, you get a chance to see at least a little bit of what she is capable of, and how dangerous she truly is. She seems very interested in trying to impress her big brother Leonard, but seems capable of handling herself … except against The Flash. Barry Allen tries to stop the two of them at a casino by going after her, but Cold has a very good point here: There is almost a zero-percent chance that he is actually going to do anything to harm Lisa, which continues to give him no advantage at all.

What Barry and company really need to be doing at this point is figuring out a way to get the Rogues into his prison, mostly because it seems as thought the Central City PD are reasonably incapable of actually doing the job properly. Such a shame that most ever superhero show has a bunch of bumbling cops on their force.

As much as we enjoy this stuff, we do at the same time hope that the show figures out at some point how to tell both this story and include everything from “Out of Time” that made it the best episode of the series we have seen so far.
