‘The Fosters’ season 3 spoilers: Jake T. Austin leaving series
Well, it may not have taken very long at all for the cliffhanger at the end of “The Fosters” season 2 to be resolved. In a series of posts on Twitter, series regular Jake T. Austin confirmed that he is leaving the show. Does this mean that Jesus is being killed off in that car accident? It sure looks like it. Austin does not entirely make it clear why he is departing the show, or if this was something that he decided, or the producers decided at the end of the day.
So what does this mean for the show moving forward? It’s hard to really say, but Austin has a big fan base thanks to “Wizards of Waverly Place” and he will be missed. At least this seems to be something that was planned out in advance by the producers, even if we do find ourselves wondering to a certain extent whether or not the show really wanted this news to get out so quickly.
The third season of “The Fosters” is going to premiere on ABC Family this summer, and we imagine that they will pick up and tell a variety of other emotional stories. Jude and Connor may be in a better place, and Callie has made a decision when it comes to her own future. Once the cliffhanger is resolved when it comes to the story, we feel like producers will go from there and find a way to create something that is everything fans expect and then some.

I think ana might die but they can still save the baby for the fosters to adopt. And Jesus is just gonna go to boarding school.

I don’t think Jesus died..I think he is going to boarding school…I think Ana will have lost the baby..I think the fatality was the other driver since he’s the one that ran the red light..did anyone else notice that brandon stopped his piano solo when the car crash happened? But still, they can’t go thru another death..one that can’t throw the fosters in a depressed state like frankie did..I think I’m gonna win this

It is very likely he tweeted that to throw everyone off…..you can’t always believe everything online. None of us will know until the premier anyways.

I have a feeling its Mariana. She was sitting in the middle no seat belt. Then Jesus will still go to boarding school. As much as I love her, her death could bring up major issues next season. She wanted Anna to give the baby up. Then she convinced the fosters to keep it. Anna was already having doubts so maybe if Mariana dies she will decide to keep it causing issues bc then the fosters might want the baby for Mariana.

She WAS then she takes it off and sits in the middle console area trying to get Anna to calm down. Then they get hit

I don’t think it is Jesus dies in the end they do have plans for him to go to boarding school. I think Jake T. Austin would be in trouble if he ruined the cliffhanger.

If Jesus goes to boarding school, his character would basically be written out of the show. If he died, he would’ve been off the show. I guess either way, Jake T. Austin was leaving and they decided to make it a big exit, though I don’t know why he would tweet it out before we even see who died, haha. Now I’d be surprised if it was actually Mariana or Ana.

Confused as to why Austin would tweet that just 10 minutes or so after the episode aired, especially since it left on the “who died?” cliffhanger. You’d also have to consider that half of the country still hasn’t seen it in their time slot. I’d also imagine that the actors are under strict rules and contracts to not spoil things prematurely, so wouldn’t he get in trouble? The whole thing is just weird.

I think it is the driver or a passenger in the other car. Justin maybe leaving the show and he just said that since in this show the moms are excited about him going to the boarding school just as much as he is and that was a way to throw everyone off or make them wonder. LOL

I agree that the whole thing is weird, but i think they let him do that just so people would think he died or something, but he might just go to boarding school. People just jump to conclusions way to fast and always manage to think the worst… either way, he will be missed on the show!!:(:(
