‘Survivor: Worlds Apart’ rankings: Where Joe Anglim, Jenn Brown, Hali Ford stand on No Collar tribe
We’re back today to finish off the latest round of “Survivor” rankings by talking about the No Collar tribe, and this will be the last time that we are doing three separate articles. Our feeling is that the tribe swap is coming in episode 5 (it typically does), and these three tribes will eventually become two. Maybe the knowledge of this informs the decisions that some tribes make on Wednesday night, but it shouldn’t play a big part for the No Collar tribe. They have a tight three, with one person clearly on the outside.
In case you haven’t seen any of our other rankings (check out the latest one here), strategy is the most important factor followed by edit, challenge ability, and overall social game.
4. Will Sims II – We wonder if Will is starting to think at this point that he may have made a mistake by getting rid of Vince. He is more or less now in a position where he has to win the next challenge, or he is almost the consensus pick to go home. Had he kept Vince, them along with Nina would be in control right now. It may have been more of a short-term victory.
3. Joe Anglim – Joe is a pretty good guy to have as an ally, since he is a provider, he will win challenges, and he is always going to be a bigger threat than you probably are in the game. The problem that he may not be that aware of right now is that he is third in a three-person alliance, and really needs to get some more people on his side come a tribal swap.
2. Jenn Brown – We may have been a little higher on Jenn last week than we are about her now, given what we’ve seen over the season as a whole. We do still think she’s a solid player, but she has to do a good job of not alienating people nearly as much as she has. Nina wanted her out over Hali for a reason.
1. Hali Ford – While Hali hasn’t made any huge, super-impressive move, she has a great three-person alliance and then a two-person bond with Jenn. She seems to be a better social player than Jenn, and is equally as effective in the challenges. While we’re not sure anyone on this tribe is playing an amazing game, she has a good chance to thrive after a swap.
