‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 16 preview: ‘Red Meat’ brings more trouble for Julianna Margulies’ Alicia

The Good Wife -The drama never ends when it comes to “The Good Wife.” We are getting closer and closer to the arrival of Election Day, and that means that there are a variety of other issues that could arise. Sometimes, they are even as simple as someone saying the wrong thing at the wrong time … and we turn to Peter Florrick for the latest when it comes to that.

Following all of the “no mercy” talk when it comes to Peter, next week’s “Red Meat” will feature Chris Noth’s character making some controversial remarks that could end up turning the entire tide when it comes to the election. Take a look at the synopsis below, which also tells us that Gary Cole is going to be back for something more as Kurt:

“Alicia’s political future is on the line when Peter gives an interview that could influence voter turnout on Election Day. Meanwhile, a weekend getaway with Kurt and his affluent hunting buddies could lead Diane to a prosperous new client for the firm, on THE GOOD WIFE, Sunday, March 22 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Oliver Platt guest stars as R.D., an influential figure in conservative politics, Gary Cole returns as Kurt McVeigh, and David Hyde Pierce returns as Frank Prady.”

Given how chaotic Alicia’s campaign is right now, she may need more than just a single hail Mary (ironically a title for one earlier episode this season) in order to figure out this election as a whole.
