‘Poldark’ episode 3 preview: Ross seals with Demelza rumors and more

We are now two episodes into “Poldark,” and we already have a feeling here that this could be the next great British show with crossover appeal. If you want to know why, just look at some of the signs! It is a period show for one, there is a sense of adventure behind it, and there is everything from action to relationship drama. It has all of the components! While we certainly don’t feel like it is perfect, this show has the potential to far exceed the original version in terms of global appeal.

You are just coming off now the latest episode of the show Sunday night, so why not take a look at some of what lies ahead. Ross is going to have a chance to celebrate, but unfortunately for him, this may be short-lived. He is going to have to figure out how to protect his friend him, and also protect himself from gossip that is spreading about his romantic life at the same time. Take a look at the synopsis below:

“Ross celebrates the opening of Wheal Leisure as rumours spread of a scandalous relationship between him and Demelza. Francis and Elizabeth celebrate the birth of their new son. Ross must fight to save his friend Jim, sparring in court with Reverend Halse.”

For now, one of the best things about this series is that we still have some flexibility when it comes to time. Specifically, there are still going to be enough opportunities to see the show grow and evolve that almost anything could happen by the time we reach the end of it.
