‘The Blacklist’ season 2, episode 13 preview: Megan Boone’s Liz versus ‘The Deer Hunter’

Next week on NBC, “The Blacklist” is going to air an episode entitled “The Deer Hunter” that is going to be all sorts of eventful. Hopefully, at the same time it also manages to be very entertaining and then some. This is an episode that will address one of the biggest loose ends from the first half of the season. Specifically, we are talking here about the death of the Harbormaster that was a part of the story back when Tom Keen was en route to his escape.

In addition to trying to save herself from suspicion in this episode, Megan Boone’s character is also going to have another major problem in here in the form of a ruthless Blacklister known as the Deer Hunter. If you want to learn more about him, just take a look at the official synopsis below:

“When Liz (Megan Boone) learns of a serial killer known as “The Deer Hunter” who tracks his victims like prey, Red (James Spader) helps the task force search for the killer. Meanwhile, the local DC police suspect the city Harbormaster was murdered as Liz struggles to keep her secret from unraveling.”

Sound like an interesting episode? It definitely does to us, and hopefully this can help to further shake the show out of what has been somewhat of a season 2 rut. While it has not struggled on a “Sleepy Hollow” level, this has not been a great year for dramas in their second season. At least this show has still had some moments of greatness.
