‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Britt Nilsson, Carly Waddell visit Chris Soules’ hometown

Who says that contestants on “The Bachelor” are only allowed to leave the house for dates? As it turns out, there are at least some other occasions in which moving outside of the famed house is also allowed.

Granted, there are some caveats to this. Obviously, production basically knows what the contestants are doing almost every single second that they are filming the show, so there is not a whole lot of room for them to be going off and doing a variety of other things. They will only allow it generally if it is something that makes sense for the show and the story. This is why on Sunday night’s special episode, you are going to see the likes of Carly Waddell, Britt Nilsson, and Kaitlyn Bristowe seemingly all going to Arlington, Iowa on their own to check out the place that they could be calling their home if they last on the show. Maybe some of the other women are joining them, as well, but we cannot confirm that just yet.

Take a look at the synopsis below, which makes it clear that there will be drama aplenty during the trip:

“Back at the hotel, the remaining women decide to take a spontaneous road trip to Arlington to explore it themselves. In an OMG moment, they all finally realize what their future might be like. One woman is having second thoughts about whether this is what life really has in store for her.”

Based on the promotional material out there, it is pretty sure that Britt is going to be the woman with the freakout. This is, after all, a huge change from being a waitress in Hollywood!
