‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: ‘The Returned’ star snags mysterious role

“Once Upon a Time” loves to be mysterious from time to time, so you really should not be that surprised that this is exactly what they are doing when it comes to one of their latest castings!

According to a new report coming in right now from (fittingly) The Hollywood Reporter, Agnes Brucker of the upcoming “The Returned” has been cast to play a major role in at least a few episodes of the ABC show … but the nature of this role is not entirely clear at the moment. We’ve already heard a variety of different theories out there about who she could be, with some of the larger ones suggesting that she could be a grown-up version of Lily. We don’t really see the physical resemblance there so much as others.

The second half of the show’s fourth season is going to be starting up on Sunday, March 1, and while there is still mystery for this character, we know that the bulk of the storytelling is going to be all about Ursula, Maleficent, and Cruella de Vil, as well as the attempts of Rumpelstiltskin to get this entire group together. We certainly expect there to be a major element of surprise and also a major element of danger, at least for some of our beloved characters.

We suppose that as this season goes around, there are going to be more mysterious castings. Just remember back to the way in which Greg and Tamara were first brought on the show surrounded by a huge veil of mystery.
