‘The Originals’ season 2, episode 13 video: How do you solve a problem like Freya?

Is the mystery sister Freya back, and what should the Mikaelson family do about it? All of these are worthy questions tied to Monday night’s new episode of “The Originals” that we hope to have answered sooner rather then later.

The entire sneak peek below from Monday night’s new episode really focuses on all of these issues, as you have a chance to listen to Klaus discuss with Elijah and Hayley just what they can do about this. It should go without saying that Klaus is willing to kill people in order to get the job done (in reality, he’s willing to do just about anything) … but he goes ahead and says it anyway. Ultimately, this is just how this man rolls and it is one of the reasons fans are so drawn to him. Watch out Jackson, he’s willing to do whatever it takes…

We have to give a little bit of credit here to actress Maisie Richardson-Sellers for what she is doing with the Rebekah character right now. When you consider just how beloved Claire Holt is in this part, it is fairly easy to figure out why fans were so attached to her. Also, it is easy to see the sort of challenge that anyone else is going to have playing the part. Still, this actress does it well, and she actually nails some of Holt’s mannerisms and also her speech pattern as Rebekah tries to challenge her two brothers.

While we know that this episode is not the proposed “wedding episode” for Jackson and Hayley, we do feel like this will send us further down that path. Also, the idea of Freya right now is well worth the price of admission.
