‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: Who has a ‘Heart of Gold’?

Let us start this “Once Upon a Time” article with an enormous thank-you to co-creator Adam Horowitz. After all, without him sharing episode titles and script teases, what would we have to discuss right now?

Her his Twitter post below, the upcoming 17th episode of season 4 carries with it the title of “Heart of Gold.” What do we make of this at the moment? It’s hard given the limited information, but at least think that it sounds interesting. This is a title that could be tied in some way to Rumpelstiltskin, given that he does have such a habit of spinning straw into into gold, and that’s not even bringing up what his last name is in Storybrooke.

Granted, there could be another meaning that comes out of this that we don’t quite know yet, given that we’re talking about an episode that is pretty far down the pipeline. We would caution you to remember here that we previously thought that “Smash the Mirror” was going to be about Sidney Glass, and it turned out that mirrors ended up playing a very different role on this show with the Snow Queen than we first envisioned.

We don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves here, so let’s just end with a pleasant reminder that “Darkness on the Edge of Town” will air on Sunday March 1, and we would assume that as we get closer to that time, more and more news related to the episode will start to come out.
