‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 spoilers: When will Holbrook return to Rosewood?

“Pretty Little Liars” has displayed zero problem over the years introducing a variety of new characters, but typically, most of them don’t happen to stick around longer than half a season or so. This is a series that already has a pretty massive core cast, and with that in mind, it is not exactly like there is a whole ton of room to introduce some new faces into the picture.

Well, Detective Holbrook is one of the few who has managed to stick around, and over the course of his time in Rosewood, he has served a variety of purposes. He is first and foremost one of the few detectives who is not entirely clueless, and he has also at times even bonded with Hanna and some other characters.

Just in case you were wondering when he was going to be returning to the main world of the show, we now have an answer for you: Tuesday, February 3. Take a look at the synopsis for his particular episode, which is titled “Oh, What Hard Luck Stories They All Hand Me,” which has to be one of the biggest mouthfuls possible:

“Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer have been burned before by newcomers to Rosewood, so it’s no surprise the four ladies are wary when someone new crosses their path. Spencer lets down her guard a bit as she spends more time with Jonny, and Emily continues to try and figure out Talia as she keeps getting mixed signals from her co-workers. When Mona’s friend Lesli shows up in town, Hanna is tasked to get her back story and find out if Lesli is really who she says she is. Are the girls wise to keep an eye on everyone, or can they allow a bit of comfort room without worrying it is an “A” trap?”

This is a tough synopsis to analyze, mostly because there are so many new faces mention in there that most of it sounds on the surface almost like babble.
