‘CSI’ season 15 spoilers: Eric Roberts to appear in finale

While it may not be completely known at the moment whether or not “CSI” season 15 is going to be the final one for the series on CBS, we can at least give you one other welcome slice of information: Eric Roberts is coming back! This is his first appearance as Brother Larson since the season 14 premiere, though he also appeared in the finale before that. When you consider that these were both huge episodes for the series, you have to think that this one very well could be, as well!

As for what role exactly Larson will play in the story, the show is keeping that a secret, save for at least a small statement that show executive producer Don McGill gave to TVLine:

“We’re super excited about Eric Roberts returning to CSI to reprise his role as the silk-shirt smooth preacher-pimp, Brother Larson … Eric is always a blast to work with, and it’s always a privilege to be in his company and watch him do his magic.”

The major reason we worry about the series’ future is because CBS made an appearance at the TCA Winter Press Tour today, and there was not really a whole lot of conversation about the show’s future there at all. It feels like the network already knows what it wants to do, but because it is an unpopular thing that they would be doing, they don’t want to say a whole lot about it. Maybe we are wrong, but it doesn’t feel good how there are multiple episodes airing at the end of the month all jumbled up.
