‘Glee’ season 6: Fox releases Lea Michele, Heather Morris, Naya Rivera photos before premiere

For all of those wondering whether or not “Glee” was going to still get a full publicity push for its final season of thirteen episodes, it feels like we now have a pretty clear response to that: It is happening.

If you look below, you can take advantage of a chance to see new images featuring everyone from Lea Michele (Rachel) to Naya Rivera (Santana), Heather Morris (Brittany), Mark Salling (Puck), and basically most of the other main cast members. Even some of the notable “adult” characters, like Will (Matthew Morrison) and Coach Beiste (Dot-Marie Jones), are included. The biggest omission we can think of here is Quinn (Dianna Agron), but she has not really been a major part of the show ever since the end of season 3. She is still going to be appearing in some capacity.

So why are many of these characters back in Lima, Ohio? It depends on who you are talking about. For example, Rachel is there to revive the glee club after failing to make a name for herself in television, while Kurt (Chris Colfer) is going to be there to help with her new gig of trying to revitalize the McKinley High glee club, which was shut down by Principal Sue after they were not able to fully fund it.

Do these photos mean that people like Jake, Marley, and Kitty are out of the picture? The jury is out on some of them, but we know that Kitty will for sure be back for at least one more episode.
