ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4 winter finale: Could Nolan, Daniel, Ben, or Margaux die?

Sunday night marks the winter finale for “Revenge,” and the folks over at ABC’s publicity department have done their best to really make one thing very clear: Someone is not going to be making it through this episode alive.

Who are the likely contenders? Given the show’s continued need to shake things up, it could be almost anyone … though we do envision some possibilities as more likely than others. In thinking that Emily and Victoria are for sure safe (they are the basis of the show), here are the top contenders in our mind at the moment.

Daniel – What story is there left for him? We just feel almost like he has run his course as a character at this point, unless the writers give him something extremely amazing to do.

Nolan – We feel like he’s probably too beloved to lose at this point, and we feel like what fans really want to see are more reasons for Nolan to be involved in everything.

David – Oh, the irony here in bringing David back, just to kill him off again. If the show did this, we’d be rather furious, since it would be a pretty pointless twist.

Jack – We could see it in the same way that we could see David, but given that fans want him together with Emily at the end, there could be an uproar if they went through with this.

Charlotte – She may be in rehab right now, but we would not be altogether shocked to see the show still find a way to kill her off.

Margaux – Given that we just learned about her pregnancy, her death now would be incredibly gut-wrenching. It’s a possibility, but we feel like the show would get rid of other characters first.

Louise or Ben – Story-wise, it makes sense to kill them off, since it would be a “shocker,” but not an enormous one. We just feel like with the promotion being what it is, we almost expect a little something more.
