‘Supernatural’ season 10, episode 9 video: An emotional Misha Collins, Jensen Ackles scene
Is Dean Winchester okay? That is a question that you should be wondering after watching the new “Supernatural” season 10 scene below from the winter finale Tuesday. Let’s just say that this one could very well give you a serious case of the feels from start to finish.
The first thing that you really should take notice here is watching how much Dean wants to ensure that he protects everyone around him at all costs … even if it means having to have someone take his life. In the sneak peek, Jensen Ackles’ character basically warns Castiel (Misha Collins) that if he starts to go down a dark path, he needs to be the good man who finds a way to kill him. He knows that Sam (Jared Padalecki) will try to get in the way, and this is not a situation where he wants that.
The reality of this situation is not a good one for Dean. While he may be able to rest assured (somewhat) that he does not have to deal with Demon Dean anymore, the Mark of Cain is still a factor, and he is still feeling that curse, that tinge of evil inside of his brain. Castiel is also a powerful person, and someone capable of such a big move.
For those unnerved by all of this heavy drama, rest assured that there also some lighthearted moments in this video, as well. It is nice to see Dean and Castiel have a casual conversation at first, at least before we hear about all of the dark and deep stuff near the end.
