‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 6, episode 9 video: On Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder stories

You have been waiting for quite a while for the next episode of “The Vampire Diaries” to air on The CW, but the good news to report today is that this particular wait is almost over! There is another big episode airing on the network Thursday night entitled “I Alone,” and within there are a variety of different stories to keep watch out.

For the time being, one of the biggest ones revolves simply around whether or not Stefan (Paul Wesley) is going to handle the surprise of a new family member, and what that means for him. This is something that executive producers Caroline Dries and Julie Plec set up in the new video below courtesy of The CW, along with a number of other subjects.

The two execs also go into some of what the new problem will be for Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev), as the two are dealing with the very significant challenge of having to figure out their relationship, while at the same time also struggling with figuring out what exactly has happened with Bonnie.

Finally, the two touch on someone who could be becoming an enormous problem in the near future for everyone, and that is Kai. If this guy gets a chance to really enter the present-day world, he is going to do what he can to take control of the Gemini Coven, and then in turn do a variety of extremely terrible things to people.
