‘Girl Meets World’ episode 16 preview: First look at Christmas Special

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and you know what that means: An opportunity to see holiday specials for many of your favorite shows!

Next week, this means a chance to ring in the season with the cast of “Girl Meets World.” Riley Matthews is going to get a chance to show how her family prepares for Christmas, but this episode will be much more than that. This episode may in fact be the best tribute to the original “Boy Meets World” that we’ve seen all season long. His parents, his brother, and his friend Shawn Hunter are all going to be in town, and this will lead to a heaping helping of nostalgia for longtime fans of the franchise.

At the same time, we figure that there is also going to be enough in here to cater to the new fans of the show, since you are going to see how some of these new arrivals interact with Riley and her pal Maya.
