‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 9 preview: Can Emma and company avoid the spell?

After a week off due to the American Music Awards, “Once Upon a Time” returns to ABC with a new episode on Sunday night. Based on what we are seeing in the video below, this is going to be an episode that you really want to see.

In this particular sneak peek, what we have is Regina starting to realize just how quickly the spell of shattered sight is coming towards them, and how everyone in the town basically has a day to figure out what to do. This spell is heading towards them at a quick enough rate that there is not a whole lot that they can do to hide from it … at least provided that they are still in Storybrooke. This little clue here, dropped by Emma, may be the key to these characters figuring out just how in the world they want to move forward.

We don’t exactly know where these people could escape to, though, or hope they would be able to make that happen. Just remember for a minute here that the ice wall is currently blocking all access to the rest of the world, and there is not exactly a flux of portals out there, either, to the Enchanted Forest. That is the only other place to transfer to that makes a little sense.

The ramifications of the Snow Queen’s spell are enormous; basically, it will turn every single person in Storybrooke against each other, and Ingrid will not have to do much of anything. The spell has it covered for her!
