‘Faking It’ season 2, episode 8 preview: How Shane, Lauren react to Karmy – Amy news

Basically, watching Tuesday night’s new episode of “Faking It” is going to be akin to watching one of those old-fashioned domino rallies. Once the first one falls, everything else eventually will.

Unfortunately for Amy, that first domino fell last week when Karma learned from her boyfriend Liam that he and Amy slept together after the big wedding, and when Amy confessed to her about being in love. That is when their relationship completely changed, and the two parties have worked ever since on trying to figure out how to make things work.

The sneak peek video below focuses not on Karma’s reaction, but instead how Lauren and Shane handle the truth being out there. Of course, there is a really funny beat in here, which is where we actually learn a thing or two about how good these two are at keeping secrets. Also, Lauren makes a quick jab, and forgets in the process that she is actually trying to be a supportive person rather than a jerk.

The struggle for Amy first and foremost comes as she tries to figure out if there is a way for her friendship with Karma to continue, or if it is all over and she will never speak to her again. The thing to ultimately remember here is that this is not going to be answered right away; the final two episodes will both probably deal with this question, though neither one may give you a definitive answer as to the state of things.
