‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4: See Elsa, Mary Margaret talk in ‘Smash the Mirror’ deleted scene
Here’s the funny thing about last night’s all-new “Once Upon a Time” episode entitled “Smash the Mirror”: Even though it ran for a pretty incredible two hours, there was still some content within it that did not happen to make it to the air.
One of these very things that we’re talking about here is a discussion between Mary Margaret and Elsa, which you can see over here at Yahoo TV. This discussion is probably not the most revealing in the world, but there are at least a few interesting things worth noting from it, namely that both Elsa and Snow White have regrets, but realize that there is a major reason to move forward rather than to dwell on them. It’s a little bit of nice character development.
With this being said, it is also fairly easy to tell why this scene in particular was not picked up by ABC, given that it really did not have a whole lot of relevancy to anything major in the story, and since Elsa is most likely going to disappear from the show after episode 11, we really did not need to invest that much in her character in the long-term.
If nothing else, though, at least rejoice in the fact that ABC was kind enough to put this scene online in the first place, since that is something that is typically only reserved for when the show is released on DVD a little ways down the road.
We are going to have a little bit more news soon when it comes to “Once Upon a Time,” but for now, just be sure to head over here to watch the latest promo!
