‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 8 preview: Julianna Margulies vs. Michael J. Fox
You had to wait a little bit longer to see the new episode of “The Good Wife” airing on CBS Sunday night, so there is one simple question that we have as a response: Was it really worth it?
We feel like it was, especially since the story is building to a pretty fantastic episode next week that will feature the return of Michael J. Fox, but also Alicia Florrick really realizing exactly what it takes running for public office. While there may be benefits to serving your state, there are also drawbacks in the campaign. Process, basically you have to watch out for almost any small mistake that can send the press or your opponent right after you. They are almost waiting for you to mess up, since errors most often lead to magazine sales and a struggling campaign, which in turn leads to more magazine sales.
Just in case all of that was not enough, Julianna Margulies’ character has a very tricky case to handle. This is where things tie back into Fox making an appearance once again, and hopefully his character will once again meet just about every expectation that you have.
There is not an official title for this episode just yet, but you can still see the synopsis below:
“Alicia takes on a college rape case which pits her against Louis Canning when it moves from a university hearing to civil court. Meanwhile, Eli and Elfman conduct a political focus group as Alicia dives into her campaign for State’s Attorney.”
