‘Suits’ season 4 spoilers: Tricia Helfer to spend time with Gabriel Macht’s Harvey
“Suits” is certainly wrangling quite a few notable guest stars for the final six episodes of season 4. You’ve likely heard a few times now about Troian Bellisario appearing on the show (which stars her fiance Patrick J. Adams); now, we know that a certain “Battlestar Galactica” alum in Tricia Helfer is also coming on board.
This casting was first reported by TVLine, and Helfer (known mostly for kicking butt and taking names) is set to play here Evan Smith, an opposing counsel to Adams’ Mike Ross and Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht, pictured) during a class-action case. She will appear at some point during the final three episodes, and may end up becoming the target of Harvey’s affections depending on how things go in court.
Harvey’s love life occasionally is a big topic of conversation for the show. He has a history with Donna that leads to many wanting to see the two together in the end, and in addition to that, he’s also spent plenty of time romancing Scottie (Abigail Spencer), who in theory could always return to the show again given how beloved the character is.
There’s no indication in the report that Helfer is sticking around the series for a long time, but we’ll have to wait and see on that … just like we are right now when it comes to a “Suits” return date. The most likely time period will be in January, but it’s also possible that USA could try the same March window they did last year. We’ll probably find out at some point in November one way or another, if not before then.
For now, just let us know in the comments what you think about Helfer signing on to be a part of this universe.
