‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Chris Soules in a familiar location

We’re not going to be sharing any outcome spoilers for “The Bachelor,” but that’s something you may know very well already if you are a pretty loyal CarterMatt reader.

With that being said, though, we have no problem sharing a few assorted details on a different subject: Locations for the show. We don’t really think that gives much away, and the show is mostly asking for it by filming in public in the first place. In this case, it’s especially notable that we are going to be seeing Chris Soules head home for an episode!

The local Des Moines Registrar captured photos of Soules preparing for some filming for the ABC show in and around the city, and that makes this the second season of this series in a row to feature the leading man doing something in a city with a major connection to them. (Chris lives more out on a farm, but Des Moines is the state’s largest city.) Last season, the show went to Juan Pablo Galavis’ place of residence in Miami.

What is somewhat interesting to us is that we know that Chris and company went to New Mexico, and now Iowa. Is it possible that they’ve yet to head overseas for any international dates? If so, that’s the first time in forever that this has happened, and it’s something that those who create the budget for the show may be pleased with. (As for the contestants, we wonder…)
