‘Faking It’ season 2, episode 4 preview: Shane confront Amy on the secret

While we know very well that Amy and Liam slept together at the end of “Faking It” season 1, the show is still in the process of allowing everyone else find out about the secret. This includes Shane, who just learned at the end of this past episode.

So how is he handling having this knowledge implanted into his brain? The simple answer to that is “not well at all.” As the sneak peek below shows, Shane is freaking out about it, especially since nobody really knows what it means. While he tries to pass it off still as the result of some of Karma’s actions, the facts still remain the same that she did something here that was completely and utterly heartbreaking.

In the end, Shane tells Amy that Liam is having an incredibly hard time keeping this a secret, and it is completely tearing him up to the point where he is getting ready to tell Karma all about it. When Shane tells her that he is staying home from school, she desperately works to find out where he lives.

Ultimately, we anticipate a showdown of sorts taking place between Amy and Liam over what happened, and whether or not they can keep it buried. Unfortunately for her, this doesn’t feel like the sort of thing that she can bury forever. It’s going to come out, and she has to be prepared for what happened. Personally, we feel like it will be better, both for her as a character and us as a viewer, if it is revealed soon.
