‘The Amazing Race Canada 2’ episode 11 preview: The great Dairy Queen challenge?

Whoever thought that we’d see Dairy Queen become a part of an “Amazing Race Canada” challenge? As crazy as that may seen, that is precisely what you are going to get on the new episode airing Tuesday night.

The setting here is New Brunswick, which does mark a great opportunity to do a number of different things. While we don’t know the premise of the Dairy Queen task, we imagine that it ties somehow into trying to remember complicated things, which is a nice form of contrast in comparison to what they are going to be doing a little earlier in the episode, as the teams try to do one of the most physically-demanding tasks of the entire season.

Out of the crew that is left, we really have a hard time saying that any one of them is going to be particularly favored in all of this over the others. Maybe Sukhi & Jinder will struggle with the more physical stuff, but they’ve been on a hot streak. For Rob & Ryan, our fear is never really that they are not capable of doing anything; instead, it is more of an issue of them struggling often when it comes to getting to point A to point B. There have already been so many non-elimination legs that we don’t see them getting many more opportunities to be spared.

In the end, we feel like this leg, and maybe the race, is going to come down to Natalie & Meghan (the favorites) against Mickey & Pete, even though they’ve yet to win a leg.
