‘Major Crimes’ season 3, episode 10 preview: ‘Zoo Story,’ and the summer finale
Is “Major Crimes” season 3 at an end? Not entirely, but we do have some more information now about what you can expect to see for the summer finale airing next. The title here is “Zoo Story,” and everything is going to come to a head. You’ll have more of the Special Operations Bureau, the return of Jon Tenney once again, and also hopefully some sort of conclusion when it comes to the Rusty plot. (This in its current form is really not something we’re dying to see continued moving into next week.)
Unfortunately, the synopsis below makes no mention of an actual zoo, cute koala bears, or anything of the like. Take a look below:
“The LAPD finds itself in a precarious situation during an investigation into the disappearances of a string of young girls from a popular nightclub, leading to a turf battle between The Major Crimes division and the Special Operations Bureau. Fritz Howard remains on the mend from poor health, while Rusty’s mom continues to struggle with the law and her sobriety. Jon Tenney, Laurie Holden, Colin Ferguson, Ellen Wroe, Brandon Barash and Ever Carradine guest star.”
So when will the second half of the season ends? One great guess is fall, and another is the winter. TNT tends to shuffle between a couple of different time periods when it comes to airing the second halves of their seasons. Hopefully, we’ll have some further announcement soon that you can keep watch out for. (Also, is it wrong to ask for a Special Operations Bureau spin-off?)
