‘Suits’ season 4 spoilers: Does ‘Exposure’ mean more trouble for Mike, Rachel?

On this coming Wednesday night’s episode of “Suits,” we are probably more worried for Mike and Rachel than we have been at any time during their entire relationship so far. “We’re Done” has such an ominous and nasty feel to it, and hardly gives us any reason to be confident about their relationship.

If there is at least any reason to at least have some hope for the two parties, it’s that they are still communicating with each other the following week. While one of the first images for the upcoming episode “Exposure” (which airs a week from Wednesday) features a pretty solemn version of Patrick J. Adams’ character, he’s at least in Rachel’s office. You may not be able to see it too clearly, but that is her name on the door and that’s also the back of her head.

The reason for all of this conflict is simple: Rachel cheated on him with Logan Sanders. While she realized the error of her ways mid-kiss, the fact that she kissed him to begin with is a sign that this is a relationship that she never fully distanced herself from. As long as these feelings are still here, Rachel is going to have some trouble getting Mike to stay with her.

All of this is probably made even worse by the fact that Mike is going to be in one of the most terrible moods imaginable moving forward. Just remember that the guy just lost his job with the investment bank, and he hasn’t exactly been treated well by many people across the board lately.
