‘Bachelor in Paradise’ spoilers: Ben Scott, Sarah Herron, letters, and more drama

Monday night marked the big “Bachelorette: The Men Tell All” special, but it was clear pretty early on that ABC also had some other orders of business that they wanted to attend to. Namely, one of these was showing off the latest extended trailer for “Bachelor in Paradise,” premiering in just two weeks.

The first thing that we really got a sense of in this new preview was just that the show really is just trying to give us more of the same with this new show. The editing is similar to “The Bachelor,” and so is the drama. It appears at one point that there will be drama over a letter (potentially from someone outside of the show), just like there will be relationships, breakups, tears, and a whole lot more.

Some of the people in the cast we are interested in seeing start with Sarah Herron and Marquel Martin, mostly because they were our two favorites from past seasons who wanted to see star in their own show. Meanwhile, you also have some polarizing picks including Ben Scott and Chris Bukowski, who has already admitted that his stunt in the first episode of Andi Dorfman’s season was in part just that.

We do hope that this show does end up being entertaining, but the only words that we have to describe it right now is “train wreck.” This is going be dramatic, and who knows? Maybe there are a couple of romances that will evolve from this.
