‘Masters of Sex’ season 2, episode 3 preview: It’s all about Bill and Virginia

Usually when you create a promo for the next new episode of your show, you tend to include a variety of different clips of everything. That’s not exactly happening with what we have below from next week’s new episode of “Masters of Sex.”

Basically, there is one consistent theme from this promo: Bill and Virginia are certainly enjoying their time together! However, they are not exactly doing it in the most discreet way possible, are they? While this is an age where you can get away with anonymously staying in a hotel room together, these two are getting closer and closer to eventually being found out. There are many questions that come with this, and they include when the secret will be out, who will learn about it, and what happens from there.

You already know how this story ends, and that’s what puts this show in such an interesting place. This is the story of these two, and some of the brilliant things that they are going to do as a result of this sex study.

However, at the same time the show needs to remember and recognize here that this is a human story. While Bill and Virginia may be brilliant, there are other people in their lives that this affair hurts. We’re not just talking about Libby, but all the children that are involved here. There is no way at all for Bill to both have his cake and eat it too, and while he may believe that he can, he is probably going to figure out at some point in the near future that this is probably not going to be that easy for him.
