‘The Bachelorette’: Andi Dorfman has no regrets with Chris Soules – fantasy suite decision
From her standpoint, it was the right choice for her to make, given that you don’t want to really lead someone on to the point where they start to think that they have a chance with you when they actually don’t. Still, wasn’t this one of her most-uncomfortable moments of the entire season? It at least sounds like it, based on what she told Us Weekly while at the taping recently for the show’s “Men Tell All” special:
“I think it’s a big deal to take someone in an overnight, whether or not you do anything … Just the act of, like, spending the night with someone should mean something, and I think you should feel like you have a future with somebody if you’re willing to spend the night with them. And as soon as I realized that there wasn’t that future with Chris, I think that was the appropriate time to go.”
She says that she has “no regrets” over the choice, and Chris will probably will feel the same way if he is in fact selected to be the male lead for the franchise next season. After all, this is a chance for him to get the limelight and find someone of his own. While he hasn’t been confirmed yet for the part, we don’t really see there being anyone who ABC even has as close to him on their list of contenders. We like Marquel Martin, but he is probably a distant second at the moment.
