‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: Who is sporting a new look … at least for now?

Before we dive too deep into this particular “Arrow” article, let’s start this off with a necessary “spoiler” warning: If you want to avoid any enormous scoop about what lies ahead on season 3, STOP READING NOW. Otherwise, move forward and enjoy.

At the end of the day, it probably is a little serious to call this a “spoiler” given that you probably figured that Quentin Lance would be returning to the show. Given that we never saw him completely die on the series, it was a good indication that we’d see more of him. Also, he will be turning up at Comic-Con, and it was well-known that he was at the show’s set in Vancouver.

Now, the big thing about this photo (other than seeing Paul Blackthorne in it) is that Lance seems to be going with more of a bald look this time around rather than the spiky hair he sported each of the first two seasons. Maybe he’s looking to toughen up a little bit thanks to his promotion on the force, or maybe it’s just a temporary change that will go away not too far into the series.

We suppose that you could say that this is not definitive proof that Lance is still alive, since this could be a flashback to earlier times and he may have a different hairdo as a result of that. Still, we’d be shocked to see the show remove him from the equation right now given that this past season saw the end for Moira Queen, and while Slade Wilson is not dead, he’s at least locked away in a place where he will not be a part of the show for a while.
