‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 16: How to get the first tease for what lies ahead
For any serious fans of “Law & Order: SVU,” we know that the summer is a tough time. After all, you’re having to sit around and wait for more announcements of what lies ahead, and it’s hard to be patient all of the time … especially with some of leaps forward that Olivia Benson made in the finale.
Well, there may be a way to get a quick tease for season 15 soon, and we’re here to tell you all about the way to do it. Sunday night, NBC is going to be repeating the final chapters of the William Lewis saga, and showrunner Warren Leight has issued a challenge for all users on Twitter: If #SVUReruns trends on Sunday night, a spoiler about the upcoming season premiere will drop online. So if you are a big-time fan, rally your friends and try to make that happen! Otherwise, you are inevitably going to be waiting for a while to see what happens next.
The cast has been spending much of the summer so far relaxing, especially after what was an exhausting season 15 filming the show in its entirety. But, life will be more and more intense for them in the weeks ahead as we get closer to the premiere, and they all start to again tackle cases as their fictional characters.

Let’s hope everyone in the cast and crew is having a great summer. They will probably be back shooting again in 5-6 weeks. Anyone who feels that the Mariska Hargitay snub for Best Actress(Drama) was a disgrace should show their disapproval by snubbing the EMMYS(which is what I will be doing). Let’s NOT hear any complaints this season about how expensive it will be to re-sign everyone on SVU for a Season 17. Criminal Minds just added Jennifer Love Hewitt to their cast. If you think that she is getting paid less than $125-150,000 per episode, you need to wake up.
