‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4: Still waiting for that Comic-Con news

Once -We’re getting near San Diego Comic-Con, and that of course means that we are just about at that time when there are going to be a multitude of stories floating around the internet regarding whether or not certain people and shows are going to be heading down for a panel.

Earlier, we reported the surprising news that “Doctor Who” would not be visiting the convention this year in a surprising move, but an understandable one given that there is also a massive tour taking place where the stars will be traveling all over the world.

Now, the jury is out regarding “Once Upon a Time,” who has been a very frequent presence to the convention in years past. In a post on Twitter, executive producer Adam Horowitz said frankly that the jury was still out in regards to whether or not the cast would be going to the convention this year. While it’s hard to expect every person to attend, we’re hoping for at least a small bunch.

One of the reasons why it may take longer for a show like this to figure out its participation could be down to a number of things, from the studio to scheduling to more. Thanks to customs, traveling from San Diego to Vancouver where the show films is not always exceptionally quick, and the show also has long hours that require sometimes the cast to be on hand at night. This is also a particularly ambitious season, given that you have the entire “Frozen” crossover happening.

We do hope still for a “Once Upon a Time” presence, mostly because of the fact that this show has revealed some big stuff before at the convention. Last year there was a teaser with Ariel, and the year before that we had our first hint about Captain Hook.
