‘Royal Pains’ season 6 spoilers: First look at Divya’s child

If you are in the Hamptons, then you are well aware that most of the action happens in the summer. That is why there are so many time jumps every season of “Royal Pains,” and that is also why Divya will be at least somewhat used to being a mother when season 6 begins on USA next month.

As you see in the attached photo above, Divya has learned the ropes somewhat of being a mom, but she is also not going to be the sort of parent that allows her child to keep her from going out and living life. She is clearly at some sort of event here, and the child gets the opportunity to be doted on extensively by Hank and Evan. All in all, it seems like the kid has a rather nice set-up considering that they are still trying to find their place in the world.

At the end of the day, what we are still the most curious about is if this child at all changes the dynamic between Divya and Jeremiah, given that he has long pined after her, and she has not shown that same sort of interest back … at least not yet. We feel like it would be interesting at this point to flip it, that way you can see what happens when she starts to develop feelings for him and has to become the pursuer rather than the pursued. Plus, Dr. Sacani deserves to be wooed at some point!
