‘The Bachelorette’ podcast: A drunk Craig, a bad date, and more with Jessa
The beginning of our “Bachelorette” podcast is here! We didn’t sit down and chat about the premiere, mostly because we wanted more time to get to know all of the guys before making snappy decisions about them.
Now, it feels like we’ve finally received that time. In this chat,, CarterMatt co-founders Matt Carter and Jessa go through everything from start to finish about the second episode of the season, and dish out some pretty strong opinions about some of the following:
- How awkward it was watching the date that happened with Andi Dorfman and Eric Hill, knowing that he passed away not that long after it happened in a paragliding accident.
- Whether or not the group date was entirely too gratuitous, and if ABC completely ignored problems with male body image by “heavily encouraging” these guys to strip down and dance about for charity.
- How Andi giving Marcus the rose on this date was almost rewarding him for being more willing to strip.
- How nice a guy Chris seems to be … but also how boring a guy.
- Meanwhile, how awesome a guy Marquel seems to be, and how much we are rooting for him to go far this season if it’s at all possible.
- We discuss the Craig incident in full, and how we really don’t blame him for getting drunk and making an idiot of himself given the circumstances.
