‘Britain’s Got Talent’ lineup: Darcy Oake, Collabro compete; Ella Henderson performs
At the time of this writing, the entire performance lineup for Monday’s “Britain’s Got Talent” (the first of many live shows) has yet to be confirmed. However, we can at least let you know now two of the acts that will be fighting for their lives. Ironically, these are two of the acts who have a very good chance at making it through to the final.
Darcy Oake – Remember when “Canada’s Got Talent” was a thing? Thanks to that show ending, this talented magician from Winnipeg if coming over across the continent. He was great in his audition, and has ultimately more potential than virtually any other magic act we have seen on the show.
Collabro – One of the best vocal groups that we have seen on the show, and to think that they look more like a standard boy-band than someone who would come out and prove themselves to be great classical singers.
As for the celebrity guest in between the voting lines opening and the results being read, it is none other than Ella Henderson performing her debut single “Ghost.” This is the genius thing about Simon Cowell owning both this show and “The X Factor,” as he can use one to promote the talent of the other. He really look his time getting Ella to the place she needed to be in order to be a genuine pop star, but now she is certainly there and then some. “Ghost” is a genuinely good song, and it will be interesting to see just where it goes.
