NBC’s ‘The Voice’ finale spoilers: Christina Grimmie, Josh Kaufman, Jake Worthington song list

The latest -Want to get a leg up on what is happening on tonight’s performance show finale for “The Voice“? We’ve got some of the official picks below, and our basic impression them right now is simple: It varies, depending on who you are talking about.

Overall, each contestant will do three songs: One will be a new performance, one will be a repeat from earlier this season (typically the early rounds), and one will be a duet with their coach.

Christina Grimmie – “I Can’t Help Falling in Love with You,” “Wrecking Ball,” “Somebody That I Used to Know” (duet with Adam Levine). It feels like it has been long enough now since we heard the Gotye song for it to be back on a singing show again, while the Elvis Presley choice is great (but could be better if Jena Irene hadn’t just done it on “American Idol”).

Jake Worthington – “Right Here Waiting,” “Don’t Close Your Eyes,” and “A Country Boy Can Survive” (duet with Blake Shelton). None of these songs will appeal to anyone other than diehard Jake fans, but we also have a hard time imagining that anyone will be particularly upset by that.

Josh Kaufman – “Set Fire to the Rain,” “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” and “Every Breath You Take” (with Usher). The final song is the weird one here. Are you sure you want to sing a creepy stalker song with your coach of all people? It’s one of the weirder things that they could’ve done.
